Our new team members come from Nanjing Tech University, Nanjing Institute of Technology, Jinling Institute of Technology, Jiangsu Maritime Institute and other universities, covering all core majors such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation and intelligent manufacturing.

Customized onboarding training is fully organized, filled with substantial practical content ranging from the company’s core products, corporate culture, regulations and workflows to on-site safety codes and hands-on engineering operations.
